How can I pay for my order?
**In our online store, you can pay securely by credit/debit card (Stripe/Barion), by bank transfer, or cash on delivery to the courier (in cash or by card).**
**What should I do if I get a damaged book?**
**We’re very sorry! Please take a photo of the damage and send it to our customer service email address along with your order number. We will replace the defective item free of charge, or if it is no longer in stock, we will refund the purchase price.**
**Is it possible to modify my order?**
**As long as your order status is “Processing”, we can still modify it. Please contact us immediately by email or phone so we can add or remove items from your order.**
**What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?**
**The courier will send an email/SMS on the morning of delivery with the expected arrival time. If you are unable to receive the package, the courier service will attempt delivery again on the next business day or deliver the parcel to the nearest pickup point.**
**Can I request gift wrapping for the books?**
**Yes, of course! Before finalizing your order, please write in the order notes that you would like gift wrapping. In this case, the book will be sent in elegant wrapping paper, without displaying the price, to the provided address.**
Can I send a book directly as a gift to another address?
Of course! At checkout, you can enter a delivery address different from your own. In this case, we recommend paying by bank card, and upon request, we will not include an invoice with prices in the package; it will be sent to you electronically only.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email about my order?
The confirmation usually arrives within 5–10 minutes after placing the order. If you can’t find it, please check the Promotions and in the Spams folders as well. If you still can’t find it there, please contact our customer service, and we will check whether you entered your email address correctly.
What should I do if a book is out of stock?
If the “Notify me” button appears next to a book, click it and enter your email address. As soon as the book arrives back in our warehouse, our system will automatically send you a notification, so you won’t miss it.
Will I receive a notification when my package is on its way?
Yes, absolutely! As soon as we hand over your package to the courier service, we will send you an email with the tracking number. This way, you can track your books in real time on the courier’s website and see exactly where your package is at any moment.
